Research on the Training of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

青年教师队伍是新时期高职院校师资队伍建设的重要内容,因此健全高职院校青年教师队伍,真正建设一支党性合格、教学业务优秀、学科结构优化、个人素质良好、极具创新性的高素质青年教师队伍,对于当今新时代下高等教育事业的健康稳定发展和高等教育管理的机制创新有着重要作用。针对现阶段高职院校青年教师培养中存在的问题进行深入探究,加入笔者的工作经验,探索高职院校青年教师队伍的培养方式。

Young teachers are an important part in the construction of teaching faculty in vocational colleges in the new era.Therefore,it plays an important role in the healthy and stable development of higher education and in the mechanism innovation of higher education management to build the teaching staff of young teachers,who possess qualified party spirit,excellent teaching skills,good personal quality and innovation ability.The paper,based on the inquiry into the problems of young teacher training in higher vocational colleges,explores the ways of cultivating young teachers in higher vocational colleges by adding the author's working experience.
