文化育人培根铸魂——谈新时期高职院校定向士官的培养

高职院校在定向培养士官工作中坚持以文化人、以文育人,是贯彻落实新时期立德树人根本任务和党的强军思想的现实要求。而一些高职院校在定向培养士官文化育人的实践中存在错位现象。在实践中必须围绕实现党在新时期的强军目标,厘清定向培养士官文化育人的根本价值与核心逻辑,探索内生动力与外部环境相生相宜的文化育人新实践,实现文化的独特育人价值,是新时期高职院校为培养军队复合型人才的培根铸魂。

It is a realistic requirement for higher vocational colleges to carry out the basic task of morality education and the party's thought of strengthening the army in the new era to insist on educating people by culture in the work of orientation training non-commissioned officers.However,some dislocation phenomena exist in the practice of orientation training of non-commissioned officers in some higher vocational colleges.In practice it must revolve around the aim of strengthening the army in the new era,clarify the fundamental value and core logic of orientation training non-commissioned officer cultural education,explore cultural education new practice in which the endogenous force and external environment promote each other,realize the unique educational value of culture,and nurture and mold the soul for training compound talent in the new era.
