摘要
批判性阅读是一种较为复杂、较高层次的阅读方式,其对于法学教育有重要意义。当前我国法学生的阅读现状不容乐观:专业文献阅读量普遍不足、缺乏批判性阅读能力。在法学教育中必须引入批判性阅读并进行相应的能力培养。一方面,要进行以问题为导向的教学模式改革;另一方面,要将批判性阅读能力培养融入到教学设计中。课前应布置阅读任务和指导阅读方法;课中使用以问题为导向的互动型教育方法;课后设置多样化的考核机制,把培养学生的批判性阅读能力贯穿于法学教育的所有环节。
Critical reading is a relatively complicated and high-level reading method,which is of great significance to law education.At present,the current reading situation of law students in China is not optimistic:the amount of professional literature is generally insuffi⁃cient and the critical reading ability is absent.It is necessary to introduce critical reading and develop the corresponding ability in law edu⁃cation.On the one hand,we should carry out the reform of the teaching mode which is guided by problems;On the other hand,the cultiva⁃tion of critical reading ability should be integrated into instructional design.The instructors ought to cultivate students’critical reading ability throughout all links of law education:assign the reading task and guide the reading method before class;adopt question-oriented in⁃teractive teaching methods during class;and set up a variety of assessment mechanisms after class.
