The Reflection of Ideological and Political Educators’Role Ethics in Colleges

高校思政工作者的角色伦理期待包含真诚与奉献、自律与表率、亲和与关怀三个方面。当前,我国高校思政工作中存在一定程度的角色定位模糊、角色道德行为规范不明确、角色伦理冲突明显、角色伦理责任意识淡薄等影响因素,可通过个人调适和社会调适帮助高校思政工作者实现其角色伦理。

The social expectation of the role of ideological and political workers in colleges includes three aspects:sincerity and dedi⁃cation,self-discipline and example,affinity and solicitude.At present,there are some influencing factors,such as the role orientation mold,the unclear role moral behavior standard,the obvious role ethics conflict,the weak role ethics responsibility consciousness and so on.It can help the ideological and political workers to realize their role ethics through personal and social adjustment.
