Discussion on Intelligent Sleep Function of Modular UPS in Communication Data Center

随着数据中心的规模不断扩大,对UPS系统的可用性、可运维性、可扩容性等提出了更高的要求。本文分析了设置模块化UPS模块智能休眠机能的必要性、保护机制和节能效果,建议通信数据中心配备具备模块智能休眠技术的UPS设备,其对初期投资、后期维护和成本节省有较大益处。

With the continuous expansion of the data center,higher requirements are put forward for the availability,operation and maintenance,and scalability of THE UPS system.This paper analyzes the necessity,protection mechanism and energy-saving effect of setting up intelligent sleep function of modular UPS module,and suggests that communication data center should be equipped with UPS equipment with module intelligent sleep technology,which is beneficial to initial investment,later maintenance and cost saving.
