细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP450)为一系列在代谢过程中发挥重要作用的亚铁血红素-硫醇盐蛋白总称。CYP450酶参与约90%的药物代谢过程,作为生物体外源性化学物质代谢相关的关键酶广泛存在,CYP450酶与多种前致癌物代谢相关,也与化疗药作用机制密切关联。CYP450酶活性可被多种药物影响诱导或抑制,而达到增强或抑制酶活性效果。大多数肿瘤化疗药的作用需要通过CYP450酶代谢实现,抗肿瘤中药注射剂与化疗药联合应用时该类酶可能会被诱导或抑制,导致抗肿瘤药的临床治疗效果增强或降低。因此,了解抗肿瘤中药注射剂对CYP450酶的影响对临床中肿瘤的治疗是非常关键的。本文以基础实验为切入点,针对抗肿瘤中药注射剂对CYP450酶代谢展开综述,探究中药注射剂对CYP450酶活性影响的研究现状。

Cytochrome P450(CYP450)enzyme is a general term for a series of heme-thiolate proteins that play an important role in the metabolic process.CYP450 enzyme is involved in about 90%of drug metabolism,and it is widely used as a key enzyme related to the metabolism of exogenous chemical substances.CYP450 enzyme is related to the metabolism of various procarcinogens and is closely related to the mechanism of action of chemotherapeutic drugs.CYP450 enzyme activity can be induced or inhibited by a variety of drug effects to enhance or inhibit enzyme activity.The action of most cancer chemotherapeutic agents requires the metabolism of CYP450 enzymes,and these enzymes may be induced or inhibited when anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections are used in combination with chemotherapeutic agents,resulting in the enhancement or reduction of the clinical therapeutic effect of anti-tumor agents.Therefore,it is crucial to understand the effect of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections on CYP450 enzyme for the clinical treatment of tumors.This thesis takes basic experiments as an entry point,reviews the metabolism of CYP450 enzyme by anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections,and explores the research status of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine injections on CYP450 enzyme activity.
