外泌体在乳腺癌脑转移中研究进展

摘要 外泌体(extracellular vesicles,EVs)由细胞内多泡体与细胞膜融合形成,具有脂质双层膜结构,直径约为50~ 150 nm[1]。多项研究表明,EVs与肿瘤的转移与发展密切相关[2-5]。乳腺癌是影响女性健康最常见的癌症,死亡率位列世界女性恶性肿瘤死亡率第2位[6]。约有10%~15%乳腺癌患者出现脑实质转移,其发生率仅次于肺癌[7-8]。乳腺癌脑转移患者预后差,生存期短,诊断脑转移后中位生存期约1~3个月[9]。最近研究发现,EVs参与乳腺癌脑转移的全过程,包括破坏血脑屏障和脑转移微环境的建立[10]。本文从细胞和分子水平阐述EVs介导乳腺癌脑转移的发病机制和对诊断、治疗的作用。
