摘要 为系统分析长江干线武汉至安庆段6 m水深航道整治工程总体安全风险,指导该项目风险防控和工程安全管控工作,采用指标体系法,分析影响武安段工程施工安全风险的主要因素,建立评估指标体系,得出了项目总体风险为较大风险的结论。评估结论可作为完善武安段整治工程施工组织设计的依据,也可为建设单位的项目组织实施、安全管理力量投入、资源配置、施工单位选择、工程保险投保等方面提供决策支持。 In order to systematically analyze the overall safety risk of the the 6-meter-deep waterway regulation project of the Yangtze River main section from Wuhan to Anqing,guide the risk prevention and control of the project and the safety management and control of the project,the index system method is adopted to analyzes the main factors affecting the construction safety risk of the Wu’ an section project,establishes the evaluation index system,and draws the conclusion that the overall risk of the project is a greater risk. The assessment conclusions can be used as a basis for improving the construction organization design of the regulation works of the Wu’ an section,as well as the decision support for project organization and implementation,the input of safety management force,allocation of resource,selection of construction unit and engineering insurance.
