摘要
经过对锑反射炉结构改进、工艺参数优化和优化作业流程等措施后处理砷碱渣,加强了过程控制和现场管控,将渣含锑指标降低至0.68%,从而提高锑回收率指标,并对改进前后进行经济效益分析,结果显示这是一条重要的创效途径。
The arsenic alkali slag is treated after the improvement of the structure of antimony reverberatory furnace,the optimization of process parameters and the improvement of operation methods.The process control and on-site control are strengthened,and the antimony content index of slag is reduced to 0.68%,so as to improve the antimony recovery index.The economic benefit analysis before and after the improvement indicates it is an important and effective way.
