摘要
文章分别采用等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、爆炸喷涂制备了铁基非晶涂层。研究了不同喷涂技术制备铁基非晶涂层的显微结构和电化学腐蚀性能,探讨了喷涂技术类型对电化学腐蚀机理的影响。结果显示,三种热喷涂技术制备铁基非晶涂层的非晶含量分别为78.23%、85.41%、89.58%。其中,爆炸喷涂制备的铁基非晶涂层拥有最优的抗腐蚀性能。不同喷涂技术所制备的涂层孔隙率和非晶含量存在较大差异,进而影响了电化学腐蚀机理和抗腐蚀性能。
Plasma spray(PS),high velocity oxy-fuel spray(HVOF)and detonation spray(DS)techniques were applied to fabricate iron-based(Fe-based)amorphous coatings.Microstructure and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the coatings were examined,and the effects of different spray techniques on corrosion resistance were discussed.The results showed the coatings made by PS,HVOF and DS exhibited high amorphous content of 78.23%,85.41%and 89.58%,respectively.The DS coating obtained the best corrosion resistance among the three coatings.Different spray techniques affected coating porosity and the amorphous content which both affect the corrosion resistance.
