摘要
介绍了江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂二系统有机胺脱硫工艺中有机胺脱盐净化系统的优化。烟气中含有少量油、粉尘、三氧化硫、氯、氟等物质,在吸收过程中三氧化硫、氯、氟等杂质与脱硫液发生副反应生成热稳性盐(主要为SO4^2-),随着热稳定性盐的不断累积,会引起脱硫液吸收SO2的能力下降、起泡引起脱硫液大量损耗、腐蚀加剧等问题。通过对脱盐系统的优化,有效地净化了有机胺液中的热稳定性盐,提高了有机胺液吸收SO2能力,保证脱硫尾排SO2达标排放。
This paper introduces the optimization of the purification system of amine desalting in the second system of Guixi Smelter.The flue gas contains a small amount of oil,dust,sulfur trioxides,chlorine,fluorine and other substances.In the absorption process,sulfur trioxides,chlorine,fluorine and other impurities react with the desulfurizing liquid to generate heat stable salts(mainly SO4^2-).With the accumulation of heat stable salts,the ability of desulfurizing liquid to absorb SO2 will decrease,foaming will cause a large amount of loss of desulfurizing liquid,and corrosion will intensify.Through the optimization of the desalting system,the heat stable salt in the organic amine liquid is effectively purified,the SO2 absorption capacity of the organic amine liquid is improved,and the SO2 emission of the desulfurized tail gas is guaranteed to reach the standard.
