大剂量氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的效果及安全性

Effect and safety of large dose Ambroxol in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的探讨大剂量氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的效果及安全性。方法选取我院2016年8月~2019年7月收治的100例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。治疗均使用氨溴索,但对照组应用常规剂量,观察组则应用大剂量。对比两组患者症状体征恢复时间、炎症指标水平、治疗总有效情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组白细胞计数[(5.72±0.61)×109/L]、C反应蛋白[(23.46±2.25)mg/L]、降钙素原[(0.16±0.02)ng/ml]、白细胞介素-6[(29.37±2.66)pg/ml]均低于对照组白细胞计数[(7.96±0.83)×109/L]、C反应蛋白[(35.81±3.40)mg/L]、降钙素原[(0.34±0.03)ng/ml]、白细胞介素-6[(38.95±3.76)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(8.00%)与对照组(10.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对重症肺炎患者采取大剂量氨溴索治疗效果比较显著,可明显降低患者的各项炎症指标水平,缩短其恢复时间,而且不会提高不良反应的发生率,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of large dose Ambroxol in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The recovery time of symptoms and signs,the level of inflammatory indicators,the total effectiveness of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the white blood cell count([5.72±0.61]×109/L),C-reactive protein([23.46±2.25]mg/L),procalcitonin([0.16±0.02]ng/ml),interleukin-6([29.37±2.66]pg/ml)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group for white blood cell count([7.96±0.83]×109/L),C-reactive protein([35.81±3.40]mg/L),procalcitonin([0.34±0.03]ng/ml),interleukin-6([38.95±3.76]pg/ml),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group which was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.00%)and the control group(10.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Large dose Ambroxol has a significant therapeutic effect treating patients with severe pneumonia,which can significantly reduce the level of various inflammatory indicators,shorten the recovery time,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
