人性化护理在老年青光眼患者中的应用价值

Application value of humanized nursing in the elderly patients with glaucoma

目的探讨人性化护理在老年青光眼患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院眼科收治的80例老年(≥60岁)青光眼患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组患者开展传统护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施人性化护理干预。比较两组患者的术后并发症总发生率、生活质量评分及护理总满意度。结果观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生理职能、精神健康、情感状况、社会功能、健康状况等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年青光眼患者,通过开展人性化护理干预,能减少并发症的发生,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing in elderly glaucoma patients.Methods Eighty elderly patients with glaucoma(≥60 years old)who were admitted to the department of ophthalmology of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group carried out traditional nursing,and the observation group implemented humanized nursing intervention on this basis.The total incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,mental health,emotional status,social function,health status and other quality of life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly glaucoma patients,humanized nursing intervention can reduce complications,improve quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction,and have outstanding clinical application value.
