大数据背景下高职院校精准教学模式构建研究 被引量:24

摘要 传统教学模式忽视学生个性化和差异化发展,培养的高职人才难以适应社会岗位需求。文章从精准教学的内涵入手,分析了精准教学的必要性,提出了大数据背景下高职院校精准教学模式构建的方法,包括构建递进回归的精准教学目标、优选推送基于精准目标实现的教学内容、设计差异学习的精准教学活动、开展基于精准目标的诊断与评价、精准监测与干预。
