早期糖尿病肾病治疗中瑞舒伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦的应用疗效观察

Effect of rosuvastatin calcium combined with valsartan on early diabetic nephropathy

目的研究早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗中应用瑞舒伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的98例糖尿病早期肾病患者,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组患者采用缬沙坦治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率及治疗前后血脂和血糖指标。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患者血脂、血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,研究组血脂和血糖指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病可显著改善患者血糖和血脂水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium combined with valsartan in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 98 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with valsartan.The patients in the study group were combined with rosuvastatin calcium treatment on the basis of the control group.The total treatment efficiency and the blood lipid and blood glucose indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid and blood glucose indexes between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the blood lipid and blood glucose indexes in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve patients'blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
