马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素在二胎高龄产后出血患者中的应用及安全性分析

Application and safety analysis of ergometrine maleate combined with oxytocin in second child and elderly patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素在二胎高龄产后出血患者中的应用价值和安全性。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年4月收治的二胎高龄产后出血患者62例,按治疗方法不同分为实验组(n=31)与参照组(n=31)。参照组予以缩宫素治疗,实验组在参照组基础上予以马来酸麦角新碱治疗,比较两组疗效、产后出血量、止血时间、产后24 h血红蛋白。结果实验组总有效率为96.77%,明显高于参照组的80.65%(P<0.05);实验组产后1、2、24 h出血量低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组止血时间短于参照组,产后24 h血红蛋白高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素在二胎高龄产后出血患者效果显著,可减少产后出血量,增加患者产后24 h血红蛋白,缩短止血时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value and safety of ergometrine maleate combined with oxytocin in second child and elderly patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 62 patients with second child and elderly postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=31)and reference group(n=31)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with oxytocin,and the experimental group was treated with ergonovine maleate on the basis of the reference group.The curative effect,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the time to stop bleeding,and the hemoglobin at 24 hours postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.77%,significantly higher than that of the reference group of 80.65%(P<0.05).The bleeding volume of the experimental group at 1 h,2 h,and 24 h was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The hemostatic time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the hemoglobin at 24 hours postpartum was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ergonovine maleate combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage in the second child and the elderly,and can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,increase the hemoglobin of patients 24 hours postpartum,and shorten the hemostasis time,which is worthy of clinical application.
