四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及不良反应

Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的研究四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取2018年11月至2019年6月在本院就诊的慢性胃炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用四君子汤加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状积分和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05);观察组症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减治疗联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎,能明显缓解患者临床症状,治疗效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects and adverse reactions of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Sijunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.0%vs.70.0%)(P<0.05).The symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,bring significant clinical effect,and high safety factor,which is worthy of promotion and application.
