随着新医改政策的颁布实施,我国医疗事业改革进入全新的阶段,政府在医疗卫生事业上的职责和义务更加凸显,医院作为政府创办的具有财政预算管理功能的机构,其纪检监察的有效进行对政府的财政预算和管理至关重要。本文分析在新医改政策下,医院纪检监察存在的不足之处,并就如何提升医院纪检监察提出相应的措施。

With the promulgation and implementation of the new health care reform policy,China's medical care reform has entered a brandnew stage,and the government's responsibilities and obligations in the health care industry have become more prominent.As a government-established institution with fiscal budget management functions,its discipline inspection and supervision effective implementation is related to government budget and management.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of hospital discipline inspection and supervision under the new medical reform policy,and proposes corresponding measures on how to improve hospital discipline inspection and supervision.
