摘要
作为一项竞技性、全身性、综合性的体育运动,羽毛球运动员需要具备良好的体能素质。本文从羽毛球专项身体素质与身体素质训练两个大方向进行综述,主要论述国内羽毛球专项身体素质训练现状、哪些是羽毛球专项身体素质以及如何进行专项身体素质训练。希望可以为羽毛球专项身体素质训练提供更具体的方向,以便制定更加具体的训练方案。
As a competitive,systemic and comprehensive sport,badminton players need to have good physical quality.This paper summarizes the two major directions of badminton special physical fitness and physical fitness training,mainly describes the current situation of domestic badminton special physical fitness training,what is the special physical fitness of badminton and how to carry out special physical fitness training.This article hopes to provide more specific direction for badminton special physical training,in order to develop a more specific training program.
