羌族传统体育项目融入公体课的教学改革

随着空间的变化、时间的推移,羌族传统体育项目演进成为具有重要的社会价值,文化价值及经济价值的民族传统体育运动。本文就羌族传统体育项目的特点和功能进行阐述,探讨羌族传统体育项目通过融入公体课的教学改革,如何在高校公体课积极的传承和发展提出一些建议,不断提高高校公体课教学质量,以期传承和发扬优秀的民族体育文化,促进羌族传统体育文化在高校的推广和发展。

With the change of space and the passage of time,the traditional sports of the Qiang people have evolved into a traditional sports with important social value,cultural value and economic value.This paper expounds the characteristics and functions of the traditional sports of the Qiang,discusses how the traditional sports of the Qinag,by integrating the teaching reform of public sports courses into the qiang traditional sports projects,can make some suggestions on the positive inheritance and development of the public course in the university.And continuously improve the teaching quality of the public course in the university,so as to inherit and carry forward the excellent national sports culture and promote the promotion and development of the traditional sports culture of the Qiang in the universities.
