新形势下司法警院警察体育教师队伍建设略谈

On the Construction of Police Physical Education Teachers in the Judicial Police Academy under the New Situation

与其他院校相比司法警察院校的学生在教学过程中在其身体素质方面具有更为严格的要求,学生需以良好的身体素质为基础,进行各种武器的使用方法以及擒拿格斗技巧等知识的学习,从而确保我国司法警务人员的综合素养,因此,加强警察体育教师队伍建设工作至关重要。本文中,笔者首先明确了作为警察体育教师需具备的基本素养,然后就如何落实警察体育教师队伍建设的对策展开分析,以供参考。

Compared with other colleges and universities,the students in judicial police colleges have more strict requirements in their physical quality in the teaching process.Students need to study the use of various weapons and the skills of grappling based on good physical quality,so as to ensure the comprehensive quality of judicial police officers in private law in China.Therefore,strengthen the construction of police physical education teachers team work is essential.In this paper,the author first makes clear the basic literacy that police physical education teachers need to have,and then analyzes the countermeasures how to implement the countermeasures of the construction of police physical education teachers for reference.
