摘要 目前本科教育质量已成为高等教育重点关注的焦点,如何提高体育教学质量也是学校体育工作者关心关注的话题。本文通过文献资料法、现场教学法、对比法,对所授课班级教学方式改革的效果进行研究。研究发现:采用课前拓展训练、课中单元小组教学、课后分享的教学形式,解决了师生隔阂问题,不仅提高了学生学习的兴趣和积极性,而且提高了学生足球技能的掌握,以及学生团队精神、分享、沟通等方面的素质和能力。 At present,the quality of undergraduate education has become the focus of higher education.How to improve the quality of physical education teaching is also a topic of concern to school physical education workers.This paper studies the effect of the reform of teaching methods in the class by means of literature,on-site teaching and comparison.It is found that using the teaching form of pre-class expansion training,unit group teaching in class,sharing after class,to solving the problem of estrangement between teachers and students,not only improve students’enthusiasm for learning,but also improve students’mastery of football skills,team spirit,sharing,communication and other aspects of quality and ability.
