精准扶贫研究现状与展望

Research Status and Progress of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

精准扶贫既是我国当前扶贫工作顶层设计和具体实践的重要抓手,也是决胜全面建成小康社会的必由之路。本文以中国学术期刊网络出版总库下辖的中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)与博硕士学位论文数据库为研究基础,以发表于2013—2020年以精准扶贫为主题的2554篇期刊文献与2721篇学位论文为数据源,利用文献计量分析法与关键词词频分析法分别对研究总体概况、研究机构情况、研究热点与研究趋势三方面进行量化分析,并对国家社科基金立项情况进行了总体分析。结果表明,精准扶贫研究在八年间形成了以中国人民大学、华中师范大学等为代表的广泛研究群体,构筑了以《人民论坛》等学术期刊为依托,各层级基金项目有力支撑的坚实阵地,展现出中国特色减贫道路的鲜明研究特色。在后续研究中,应既体现出精准扶贫问题的系统性与协同性,又要注意其长期性与复杂性。

Targeted poverty alleviation is not only an important starting point for the top-level design and specific practice of poverty alleviation in China,but also the only way to succeed in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Based on the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI),China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database and China Master′s Theses Full-text Database under the jurisdiction of China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD),and taking 2554 journal papers and 2721 dissertations published from 2013 to2020 with the theme of targeted poverty alleviation as the data source,this paper uses bibliometric analysis and keyword frequency analysis to make a quantitative analysis on three aspects including general research situation,institutional situation,research hotspots and research trends,and makes an overall analysis of project approval situation of the National Social Science Fund of China.The results show that in the past eight years,targeted poverty alleviation research has formed a wide range of research groups represented by Renmin University of China,Central China Normal University,etc.,and built a solid position supported by academic journals such as People′s Tribune and fund projects at all levels,showing the distinctive research characteristics of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics.In the follow-up study,we should not only reflect the systematicness and coordination of targeted poverty alleviation,but also pay attention to its long-term and complexity.
