摘要
介绍了某渣油加氢装置采用的ProGuard4000系列自动反冲洗过滤器的工作过程。经过两个运行周期表明,该过滤器过滤精度、自动化程度高,能有效地滤除原料中的杂质,保障装置的长周期平稳运行。但由于程控阀故障,过滤器存在物料互窜、介质泄漏及阀门不动作等问题,就此进行了分析,并提出了应对的措施。
The working process of proguard4000 series automatic backwash filter used in a residue hydrotreating unit was introduced.The filter can operate stably and stably for a long period.However,due to the failure of the program-controlled valve,there are some problems in the filter,such as material channeling,medium leakage and valve not acting.This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
