神木气田起伏集气管线高效运行关键技术问题研究

摘要 神木气田主要采用“井下节流,中低压集气,井间串接”模式生产,区域内沟壑纵横、管线起伏较大,低洼处易积液,清管频次高、集输效率低,影响气井产能发挥。结合气田集气管线生产状况及存在的主要问题,开展影响管线高效运行的关键技术探讨,系统梳理起伏集气管线高效运行中的关键技术问题,制定起伏集气管线科学管理的主要对策,为神木气田起伏集气管线的高效运行奠定基础。 Shenmu gas field mainly adopts the mode of“downhole throttling,middle and low pressure gas gathering,interwell serial connection”.The area is crisscrossed with gullies,the pipeline fluctuates greatly,the liquid is easy to accumulate in the low-lying place,the frequency of pipe cleaning is high,and the gathering and transportation efficiency is low,which affects the production capacity of gas well.Combined with the production situation and main problems of gas gathering pipeline in gas field,the key technologies affecting the efficient operation of pipeline are discussed,and the key technical problems in the efficient operation of undulating gas gathering pipeline are systematically combed.The main countermeasures of scientific management of undulating gas gathering pipeline are worked out,which lays a foundation for the efficient operation of undulating gas gathering pipeline in Shenmu gas field.
