摘要
液化天然气是当前人类社会主流能源中的一种绿色清洁能源。液化天然气在使用方面有着很多优势,因此,该能源在能源应用领域具有重要的地位。开采出的天然气必须经过液化装置的制冷液化,才能由气态天然气变为体积小的液化状态。目前,液化天然气的制取主要通过冷箱对天然气进行制冷,在低温下改变天然气的物理形态。混合制冷工艺的制冷效率高,且对能源的消耗更少,是一种极具前景的制冷工艺。针对混合制冷工艺中的组分配比对冷箱各段温度所产生的影响进行研究。
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is a kind of green and clean energy in the mainstream energy of human society.Liquefied natural gas(LNG)has many advantages in use,so it plays an important role in the field of energy application.The extracted natural gas must be refrigerated and liquefied by the liquefaction device before it can be transformed into a small volume liquefied state.At present,liquefied natural gas(LNG)is mainly produced by cooling the natural gas in a cold box to change the physical form of natural gas at low temperature.Hybrid refrigeration is a promising refrigeration process with high refrigeration efficiency and less energy consumption.In this paper,the influence of group distribution ratio on the temperature of each section of the cold box is studied.
