碘标准溶液的均匀性、稳定性及不确定度研究

Study on the Uniformity,Stability and Uncertainty of Iodine Standard Solution

碘标准溶液是实验室中不可缺少的标准溶液,其均匀性和稳定性尤为重要。GB/T 601–2016《化学试剂标准滴定溶液的制备》规定碘标准溶液在密封条件下可以保存4个月,开封使用过的标准溶液不超过一个月。按照标准GB/T 601–2016配制0.1mol/L的碘溶液,测定其均匀性,并在一个月内对开封过的碘标准溶液进行稳定性测定。结果表明按照GB/T 601–2016配制的碘标准溶液是均匀的,开封后一个月内在常温下是稳定的。

Iodine standard solution is an indispensable standard solution in the laboratory,and its uniformity and stability are particularly important.GB/T 601-2016 preparation of chemical reagent standard titration solution stipulates that iodine standard solution can be stored for 4 months under sealed condition,and the standard solution used after unsealing shall not exceed 1 month.Prepare 0.1mol/l iodine solution according to the standard GB/T 601-2016,determine its uniformity,and determine the stability of the opened iodine standard solution within one month.The results show that the iodine standard solution prepared according to GB/T 601-2016 is uniform and stable at room temperature within one month after unsealing.
