谷氨酸产生菌诱变技术的研究进展

摘要 谷氨酸是工业发酵领域重要的氨基酸之一,由于菌种开发技术较为落后,使得谷氨酸产生菌的产酸率低。其中技术难度最高的是改变菌株特性,如何通过诱变技术使产酸率提高是目前该领域的研究热点。依据目前的研究成果,综述了物理诱变技术、化学诱变技术、复合诱变技术、常压室温等离子体诱变技术等四类技术的基本原理和应用进展,并对其今后的发展趋势进行了展望。 Glutamic acid is one of the important amino acids in the field of industrial fermentation.Due to the relatively backward technology of strain development,the acid production rate of glutamate-producing bacteria is low.Among them,the most technically difficult step is to change the characteristics of strains.How to increase the acid production rate through mutagenesis technology is currently a research hotspot in this field.Based on the current research results,the basic principles and application progress of four types of technologies,including physical mutagenesis,chemical mutagenesis,compound mutagenesis,and atmospheric and room temperature plasma mutagenesis,are reviewed,and their future development trends are reviewed.
