蒸压锅的自动控制设计

蒸压锅主要用于橡胶制品硫化、中药、食品灭菌、物料蒸煮、烘干等。设备的主要介质为水蒸气、压缩空气。由于它是密闭式加热加压的工艺流程,且进出容器通道的封头与主体间带有相互嵌套的快速密封锁紧装置,所以,按照国家TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(下称《固容规》)的规定,该设备属于快开门式压力容器。设计应符合如下要求:快开门式压力容器的自动控制应符合《固容规》的相关规定;设备的主要受压元件强度计算必须按照GB/T150–2011《压力容器》的相关规定。由于设备门盖的开合采用气动,气缸的选型还必须符合使用单位的使用环境条件。

Autoclave is mainly used for vulcanization of rubber products,Chinese medicine,food sterilization,cooking and drying of materials.The main medium of the equipment is steam and compressed air.Because it is a closed heating and pressurization process,and there are nested quick sealing and locking devices between the head and the main body of the inlet and outlet channel of the vessel,according to the provisions of the national TSG 21-2016“safety technology supervision regulation for stationary pressure vessels”(hereinafter referred to as“solid pressure regulations”),the equipment belongs to the quick opening pressure vessel.The design shall meet the following requirements:(1)the automatic control of quick opening pressure vessels shall comply with the relevant provisions of the code for solid pressure;(2)the strength calculation of the main pressure components of the equipment must be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/t150-2011“pressure vessels”.(3)Because the opening and closing of the door cover is pneumatic,the type selection of the cylinder must meet the environmental conditions of the user.
