造气空气鼓风机串联汽轮机的应用技术

摘要 主要介绍了福建三钢的三化公司二造气车间在造气工序中,大量使用不同等级的蒸汽,需要通过减温减压阀组进行调节达到生产所需等级的蒸汽品质,造成了能源的浪费。通过对造气鼓风机实施蒸汽透平节能技术改造,不仅保证了造气工序的稳定供风,也达到了节能节电效果,每年可为公司节约电费79.17万元,年效益约为62.67万元,该项目共投资约78万元,1.2a可回收全部投资。对方案设计的可靠性、经济性等特点进行了重点阐述。 This paper mainly introduces that a large number of different grades of steam are used in the No.2 gas making workshop of No.3 Chemical Company of Fujian No.3 iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,which needs to be regulated by the temperature and pressure reducing valve group to achieve the required steam quality,which results in the waste of energy.Through the implementation of steam turbine energy-saving technical transformation of the gas blower,not only ensure the stable air supply in the gas making process,but also achieve the effect of energy saving and power saving.The annual electricity cost can be saved by 791700 yuan for the company,and the annual benefit is about 626700 yuan.The total investment of the project is about 780000 yuan,and all the investment can be recovered in 1.2 years.This paper focuses on the reliability and economy of the scheme design.
