加强黄河流域生态环境治理途径研究

Study on Strengthening the Management of Ecological Environment in Yellow River Basin

黄河是中华民族的母亲河,是华夏文明的发祥地,数千年来黄河滋补了千千万万的中华儿女,但同时黄河又一直“水患不断”,从古至今,黄河治理工作任重而道远。自然和人为的双重因素导致的黄河流域生态环境问题成为当前阻碍经济社会持续健康稳定发展的重要原因简要分析了黄河流域生态环境存在的问题及其原因,进而对黄河流域生态环境治理的重要性进行阐述,最后提出了加强黄河流域生态环境治理的几条主要途径。

The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation and the birthplace of Chinese civilization.For thousands of years,the Yellow River has nourished thousands of Chinese sons and daughters.The ecological environment problem of the Yellow River Basin caused by natural and man-made factors is an important reason to hinder the sustainable,healthy and stable development of economy and society.
