摘要
柴油机作为重要的设备元件,其自身具有油耗低、热效率高、可靠性强、使用寿命长等特点,具有较大的使用价值和技术优势。因此,柴油机被广泛应用在轮船、卡车、发电工程等重大工程项目之中,为其运行提供强有力的动力。而随着柴油机科技含量的进一步提高,也逐渐应用在轻型汽车等中小型机械工程之中,整体的应用前景广泛,对于我国社会发展有着重要影响。而作为重要的资源利用设备,柴油机自身的污染能力也逐渐受到社会各界的重视。加之,近几年来我国对于环保理念的不断重视,都促使着柴油机向绿色化、低污染化的方向发展。对此,要想实现柴油机的低污染技术优化,就需要对柴油的排放污染物进行深刻调查和了解。首先叙述柴油机的排放污染物成因,随后针对柴油机运行前、机内以及机外三部分,提出详细的降低污染物排放措施。
as an important component of equipment,diesel engine has the characteristics of low fuel consumption,high thermal efficiency,strong reliability and long service life,which has great use value and technical advantages.Based on this,diesel engine is widely used in ships,trucks,power generation projects and other major projects,to provide a strong power for its operation.With the further improvement of scientific and technological content of diesel engine,it is also gradually applied in small and medium-sized mechanical engineering such as light vehicles.The overall application prospect is wide,which has an important impact on the social development of our country.As an important resource utilization equipment,the pollution ability of diesel engine has been gradually paid attention to by all walks of life.In addition,in recent years,China’s continuous attention to the concept of environmental protection has promoted the development of diesel engines to the direction of green and low pollution.In this regard,in order to achieve low pollution technology optimization of diesel engine,it is necessary to deeply investigate and understand the emissions of diesel.This paper first describes the causes of diesel engine emissions,and then for the diesel engine before operation,internal and external three parts,detailed measures to reduce emissions.
