放射性籽源生产故障自动处理设备的设计与实现

摘要 为了使放射性籽源生产故障能自动处理,设计且实现了故障处理设备.设备的机械结构采用模块化设计.STM32芯片为控制系统的核心,控制步进电机驱动器,使步进电机按规定路径移动.用PyQt对人机交互界面进行设计,界面友好.实验结果表明设备达到了设计性能.该设备有效处理了下落通道中发生的故障,具有故障处理速度快、操作人员受辐射少的特点. In order to be able to automatically deal with production failures in radioactive seeds,the fault handling equipment was designed and implemented.The mechanical structure of the equipment was designed by a modular design.STM32 chip as the core of the control system,controlled the stepper motor driver,moved the stepper motor along the specified path.The man-machine interactive interface was designed by PyQt,and friendly interface.The experimental results showed that the device had reached the design performance.This device effectively solved the problem of failure in the falling channel,with characteristics of fast processing and less radiation to the operator.
