摘要
在裸金电极上自组装4,4’-联苯二甲硫醇(MTP),再电沉积纳米金(AuNPs),以此为基底电极制备了普鲁士蓝/纳米金修饰电极(PB/AuNPs/Au).采用循环伏安法和计时电流法等电化学方法对该修饰电极的电化学性能进行研究.与纯PB膜相比,由于PB和AuNPs的协同作用使PB/AuNPs/Au修饰电极对H2O2有良好的电催化活性,其线性范围为3.92×10^-6~1.61×10^-3 mol·L^-1,灵敏度为1730μA·(mmol·L^-1)-1·cm^-2.此外,PB/AuNPs/Au修饰电极具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力,能有效排除抗坏血酸、尿酸、多巴胺等物质的影响.
In this work,PB/AuNPs/Au modified electrode was prepared for the base electrode by self-assembled 4,4’-biphenyl methanol(MTP)and electrodeposited gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)on the bare gold electrode.The electrochemical performance of this modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry.Compared with electrodeposition of PB directly on bare gold electrode,PB/AuNPs/Au modified electrode had good electrocatalytic activity for H2O2 due to the synergistic effect of PB and gold nanoparticles.Its linear range was 3.92×10^-6—1.61×10^-3 mol·L^-1,with a sensitivity of 1730μA·(mmol·L^-1)-1·cm^-2.In addition,the PB/AuNPs/Au modified electrode had good stability and anti-interference ability,which could effectively exclude the effects of ascorbic acid,uric acid,dopamine and other substances.
