摘要 采用VOD法能精确控制华龙一号(HPR1000)核电波动管用材料(X2CrNiMo 18-12(CN))中的氮含量,在敞口电渣炉中生产控氮奥氏体不锈钢电渣锭,氮的波动量可以实现控制。采用电渣生产的钢锭,其锻造性能优越,锻造质量良好。 VOD method can accurately control the nitrogen content in the material(X2CrNiMo 18-12(CN))of Huarong No.1(HPR1000)nuclear power surge pipeline,and the nitrogen controlled austenitic stainless steel electroslag ingot has been produced in the open electroslag furnace,and the nitrogen fluctuation can be controlled.The ingot produced by electroslag has superior forging performance and good forging quality.
