加氢反应器碳钢裙座段和容器本体一起参与PWHT的焊接工艺研究

摘要 主要对Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R、Q345R+Q345R钢之间焊接接头经705℃热处理后的力学性能进行了检验,结果表明,在选用了适当的焊材、严格执行焊接工艺的情况下,可以保证Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R、Q345R+Q345R裙座部件和容器本体的焊后热处理质量,缩短产品制造周期以及降低成本。 The mechanical properties of the welded joints have been tested between Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R and Q345R+Q345R steel after heat treatment at 705℃.The results show that the quality of the post-welding heat treatment of Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R,Q345R+Q345R skirt parts and vessel body could be guaranteed under the condition of proper welding materials and strict implementation of the welding process,which can shorten the manufacturing cycle of the products and reduce the cost.
