摘要
对QT400材料400℃以下不同温度的拉伸性能和300℃下不同应变幅值的低周疲劳性能进行了试验,得到了不同温度下QT400拉伸性能的变化特性,球形石墨的断口形貌微观特征,以及低周疲劳Ramberg-Osgood参数和Manson-Coffin参数,为汽缸的结构设计和强度计算提供了技术支持。
The tensile properties of QT400 at different temperatures below 400℃and the low cycle fatigue properties of different strain amplitudes at 300℃have been tested.The variation characteristics of QT400 tensile properties at different temperatures,the microstructure characteristics of the fracture surface of spherical graphite,and the Ramberg-Osgood parameters and Manson-Coffin parameters of low cycle fatigue have been obtained,which can provide technical support for the structural design and strength calculation of the cylinder.
