摘要
火车轮锻造前的钢坯大多数采用环形加热炉进行加热,不同的加热工艺对钢坯加热均匀性、氧化率、加热效率及能耗都有一定的影响,合理的轮坯加热工艺能有效控制产品的能耗及后续车轮热成型效果。
Most of the train wheel billets before the forging are heated by an annular reheating furnace.Different heating processes have certain effects on the heating uniformity,oxidation rate,heating efficiency and energy consumption of the billets.A reasonable heating process for the billets can effectively control the energy consumption of the products and the subsequent thermal forming effect of the wheels.
