摘要
从检测影像表现、声学机理方面,提出并分析了航空发动机用盘形锻件超声水浸检测时台阶干扰信号产生台阶性检测盲区的条件,以及消除干扰信号对检测影响的方法。
From the aspects of inspection image performance and acoustic mechanism,the conditions for the step detection blind area generated by the step interference signal during the ultrasonic water immersion detection of the aero-engine disk forgings,as well as the method to eliminate the influence of the interference signal on the detection have been proposed and analyzed.
