摘要
依据实验数据,分析论述了SA-106C厚壁无缝钢管的生产现状及冷弯裂纹产生的主要原因,结合现有的技术条件,提出合理的预防控制措施,探索更加合理的化学成分控制范围及热处理工艺,提高产品综合性能。
Based on the experimental data,the production status of SA-106C thick wall seamless steel pipe and the main causes of cold bending cracks have been analyzed and discussed.Combined with the existing technical conditions,reasonable prevention and control measures have been put forward to explore more reasonable chemical composition control range and heat treatment process,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of the product.
