霍布斯的宪法学之所以称为身体宪法学,与它的人性论、认识论和方法论密切相关。人性论是把人理解为运动的身体,驱动力是激情;认识论的基础是身体感觉,范围是探讨原因知识;方法论是分析-综合法,即首先把宪法还原为身体意志,再反过来从身体意志推导出宪法。
