斯里兰卡“新民族-宗教”冲突动因论析

An Analysis on the Causes of the“New Ethno-Religious”Conflict in Sri Lanka

斯里兰卡内战结束后,民族冲突问题的焦点转向了穆斯林。“新民族-宗教”冲突以僧伽罗民族的社会组织为冲突的发起者,冲突方式也表现为针对穆斯林的文化冲突。“新民族-宗教”冲突的动因在于经济、社会发展中的矛盾,多数主义的政治模式,不断强化的僧伽罗民族主义及社会运动。从斯里兰卡穆斯林自身来看,“新民族-宗教”冲突造成了本民族意识的提升。在未来的民族冲突问题解决上,斯里兰卡政府必须在民族平等关系塑造和分权问题上有所突破,否则民族冲突形势将不容乐观。

After the civil war in Sri Lanka came to an end,the focus of ethnic conflict shifted to the Muslims.The“new ethno-religious”conflict was initiated by the social organizations of the Sinhalese people,which is manifested in the form of cultural conflict against the Muslims.The causes of the“new ethno-religious”conflict lie in the contradictions found in socio-economic development,the political model of majoritarianism,and the intensifying Sinhalese nationalist and social movements.From the perspective of the Sri Lankan Muslims,the“new ethno-religious”conflict has led to the improvement of their ethnic consciousness.In the future resolution of the ethnic conflict,the Sri Lankan government must make a breakthrough in shaping equal ethnic relations and decentralization,otherwise the situation of the ethnic conflict will not be optimistic.
