摘要
目的探讨不同固定方式的肠道内旁路装置在动物肠道内的应用情况。方法实验用比格犬的结肠内放置肠道内旁路装置并使保护套经肛脱出,以4种不同的固定方法(PGA线、PGA编织带、胸普外科修补膜及硬质固定环)将肠道内旁路装置固定。通过观察装置的留置情况及对肠壁的影响筛选最佳的固定方法,再观察该固定方法对直肠部位肠壁大肠杆菌的隔离作用。结果只有硬质固定环的固定方法可以在不损伤肠壁的情况下实现对肠道内旁路装置的固定位置作用,用该方法固定的肠道内旁路装置可以明显隔离直肠部位的大肠杆菌。结论使用带有硬质固定环的肠道内旁路装置,可能是减少低位直肠癌吻合口瘘的可行方法。
Objective To investigate the application of different fixed components of intestinal bypass device in animal intestines.Methods Intestinal bypass devices were placed in the colon of Beagle dogs and the protective sheath was removed through the anus.The intestinal bypass devices were fixed by four different fixation methods,i.e.,PGA line,PGA braided band,thoracic surgery repair membrane,and rigid fixing ring.The best fixation method was selected by observing the retention of the device and its influence on the intestinal wall.Then the isolation effect of the fixation method on E.coli in the rectal wall was observed.Results Only the rigid fixing ring could fix the intestinal bypass device without damaging the intestinal wall.The intestinal bypass device fixed by this method could isolate E.coli in the rectum.Conclusion Intestinal bypass devices with rigid fixation rings may be a feasible method to reduce anastomotic leakage in lower rectal cancer.
