大建中汤治疗术后胃肠功能障碍的Meta分析

Dajianzhong decoction for treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction following surgery:A meta analysis

目的:评价大建中汤治疗术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索数据库,收集大建中汤治疗术后胃肠功能障碍的临床研究。按照纳入及排除标准筛选文献,采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,提取有效数据指标,应用RevMan 5.3软件包进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果:本次研究共纳入7个随机对照研究,包括1176例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,大建中汤治疗术后胃肠功能障碍在第一次排便和自然排气时间方面均显示出较好的改善作用;研究过程中未发生与大建中汤相关的严重不良反应事件。结论:大建中汤治疗术后胃肠功能障碍表现出较好的疗效,且服用安全性高,但还需要更多样本、更高质量的随机对照实验进一步验证支持。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Dajianzhong decoction on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery.Method:The related clinical studies on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery were collected through computer retrieval database.These included references were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,which were then assessed by Jadad quality score sheet.Subsequently,the valid data was extracted and the statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software package for Meta-analysis.Result:Seven randomized controlled trial involving 1176 patients were included in this study.Meta-analysis results exhibited that,compared with the control group,Dajianzhong decoction for the gastrointestinal dysfunction treatment group showed an improved effect on the clinical symptoms of first bowel movement and first flatus.No serious adverse reactions related to Dajianzhong decoction occurred in these investigations.Conclusion:Dajianzhong decoction has better curative effect and high safety in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction.However,more samples and higher quality randomized controlled trials are needed for further verification to support this idea.
