摘要
采用马氏体不锈钢制造的刀剪具有硬度高、韧性好、耐磨和耐蚀等优点。介绍了刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的分类,日本爱知钢铁公司、美国坩埚工业公司和国内阳江十八子精密特钢公司生产的刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的化学成分,碳和铬、锰、硅、钼、铌、钨、钒等合金元素在钢中的作用,刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的生产工艺、热处理工艺对其性能的影响以及发展趋势。
Knifes and scissors made of martensitic stainless steels have the advantages of high hardness and satisfactory toughness and good resistances to wear and corrosion.The following contents,including(a)classification of martensitic stainless steel for knifes and scissors,(b)chemical composition of martensitic stainless steels for knifes and scissors produced in Aichi Steel Company of Japan,in Crucible Industries of America,and in domestic Yangjiang Shibazi Precision Special Steel Co.,(c)the function of carbon and alloy elements such as chromium,manganese,silicon,molybdenum,niobium,tungsten,vanadium and so on in the steel,and(d)production technologies,the effect of heat treating process on performance,and development trend for the martensitic stainless steels reserved for knifes and scissors,were introduced.
