摘要
高速钢直柄麻花钻是量大面广的金属钻孔工具,提高其使用寿命意义重大。要使麻花钻具有高的使用寿命,首先要选用优质材料。为此,介绍了内部控制的常用高速钢的主要化学成分。热处理也是确保麻花钻使用寿命的关键之一,特别是要严格控制钻头的淬火态晶粒度和回火后的硬度。此外,麻花钻的使用寿命还与其加工角度等几何尺寸及质量评价体系有关,是一项系统工程,应关注影响钻头使用寿命的每一个细节。
Twist drill is a kind of metal drilling tool which is extensively used in large amounts,consequently,it is of great significance to increase its service life.In order to make the twist drill exhibit a desirable service life,first of all,material selected must be of high-quality.For this reason,internally controlled essential chemical compositions of commonly used high speed steels were introduced.Heat treatment is also one of the keys to ensure the service life of twist drill,especially,as-quenched grain size and hardness after tempering of the drill must be strictly controlled.In addition,service life of twist drill is related to its geometric size(e.g.,machining angle) and quality evaluation system,and is a system engineering,therefore,attention should be paid to every detail that affects the service life of the drill.
