在桩基础施工过程中,遇到地勘报告中无法反映的生活垃圾、大块岩石等时,往往导致常规的施工技术无法正常施工。结合某项目桩基工程实践,对采用旋挖钻机与循环回转钻机组合施工成桩的施工方法进行了技术分析及论证。经现场验证,该组合成桩的施工方法可行,既保证了施工质量和工期,也为类似工程积累了经验。

In the process of pile foundation construction,the conventional construction technology can't be normally constructed when encountering domestic garbage and large rock which can't be reflected in the geological survey report.Combined with the pile foundation engineering practice of a project,the paper analyzes and demonstrates the construction method of pile forming by the combination of rotary drilling rig and circulating rotary drilling rig.Through field verification,the construction method of the combined pile is feasible,which not only ensures the construction quality and construction period but also accumulates experience for similar projects.
