摘要
结合上海市太平洋数码二期建筑“拆落地”重建工程,对逆作法施工技术在城市核心区的应用及推广进行了研究。通过对城市核心区项目工程建设采用的顺作法和逆作法两种施工工法进行对比,并结合工程实施过程中所面临的难点,选择了逆作法进行施工,并有针对性地对施工工艺进行了改进,控制了基坑沉降变形,确保了工程的顺利开展,积累的经验可为类似工程提供参考。
Combined with the“demolition and landing”reconstruction project of Shanghai Pacific Digital Plaza phase II building,the application and promotion of reverse construction technology in urban core area are studied.Through the comparison of the normal construction method and reverse construction method used in the project construction in urban core area,the reverse construction method is selected according to the difficulties in the project implementation process.The construction technology is improved to control the settlement and deformation of foundation pit and ensure the smooth development of the project.The accumulated experience can provide reference for similar projects.
