以京东集团西南总部大厦项目的超高劲性清水混凝土施工为例,自主研发了铝合金几字梁木模板组合体系,成功解决了在施工超高、超厚墙体时所存在的诸多问题,提高了清水混凝土蝉缝、明缝、螺栓孔的成形质量。同时,铝合金几字梁组合体系整体性强、支拆简便,能提高施工的效率,从而为高标准实现清水混凝土饰面效果提供了可靠保障。

Taking the ultra-high rigid fair-faced concrete construction of the southwest headquarters building project of Jingdong Group as an example,the U-shaped aluminum alloy beam wood formwork composite system is independently developed.It successfully solves many problems existing in the construction of super-high and super-thick wall,and improves the forming quality of fair-faced concrete natural fine joint,open joint and bolt hole.At the same time,the results show that the composite system of U-shaped aluminum alloy beam has strong integrity and is easy to support and dismantle,which can improve the construction efficiency.It provides a reliable guarantee for high standard facing effect of fair-faced concrete.
