摘要 结合长沙冰雪世界重型钢屋盖的设计,进行桁架杆件等强节点的研究。对于桁架斜腹杆节点,采用全部由腹板传递轴力、翼缘板与弦杆不连的方式。对于主次桁架相交节点,根据组成节点的不同钢板厚度,提出了节点设计路线图。有限元分析结果表明,设计满足节点与杆件等强的要求。 Based on the design of heavy steel roof of Changsha Ice Snow World,the equal strength joints of truss members are studied.As to the diagonal web member joints,the axial force is transmitted by the web completely,and the flange plate is not connected with the chord.For the intersection joints of primary and secondary trusses,according to the different steel plate thickness of the joints,the design route map of joints is proposed.The results of finite element analysis show that the design meets the requirements of equal strength of joints and members.
